About the course

The Equa’s Mediation Training Program is explicitly designed focusing on the practical learning of the participant. Throughout the program, the participant will:

  • Work their way sequentially through the online course and participate in the live, online, synchronous sessions as scheduled.
  • Read and watch content presented within the online course, and be directed to articles and websites on the internet to discuss in the subsequent facilitated session.
  • Have an option participate in the Doubt clearing sessions which will be conducted after completion of a module.
  • Be required to participate in Role plays or quick assessments organized soon after either each module or two consecutive modules.
  • Be required to complete both theory and practical assessments for course completion.

This implies that participants are given with online material practical power point presentations (PPTs) to study from and refer during live sessions. They are mandatorily required to participate in the live sessions and exercise sessions. The participants in case of doubt can also join and participate in the Doubt solving session.

 

Maximum time allocated to sessions:

  • Live Session: 120 minutes.
  • Practical Assessment: 60 minutes.
  • Doubt Clearing Session: 40 minutes.
